Google adsense?
If I have a website thats topic is firefox guides and download help and in the download page I say to download firefox please click on the link above. if the link is a referral is this against the rules of adsense
Google actually recommends you to refer there products such as the google pack, and firefox and adsense..But NOT advising or asking, or directing people to click on the adsence content(ads)..
I actaully emailed them and asked them the same question.;)

Strategies for Improving the Results of Content Network PPC Campaigns
Internet marketers have been trying to gain an edge with PPC marketing for nearly a decade. The problem is that much of the information that has been published on pay-per-click advertising has been focused on search only instead of including search partners and content. These areas account for a large amount of traffic and pay-per-click related revenue.

Adsense help?
I am new on Google Adsense. So,here’s the question:When I open my account,I go:AdSense Setup>>Get Ads>>Referrals. Now,some of them(no mather what category) are :Conversion values:$3.00 – 23.08;Conversion values:$3.00 – 11.23;etc….. I though that with that you get from $3.00 to $23.08 per click, but when I logged later I saw that I got only 0.14 from 1 click. What are those ‘Conversion values’ , and how to earn more $ with Adsense. PLEASE DETAILS
P.S. I got $110 from Adsense,so you don’t think that I am a total newbie. But I don’t know how I got the first Ads,because my friend ‘gived’ this site to me since a while ago.I dont know even that keywords thing.
No you only usually get a few cents to maybe $1.00 a click. We really don’t know. That is why you need about 300 pages and about 1000 visitors a day to be successful with adsense and also write a site on a specific niche that has higher paying keywords.
It can be done with time and patience and learning.

Would this idea work for AdWords/AdSense?
Hi, my website has AdSense (Google) ads displaying and when one of those ads is clicked, it takes me to a page through what looks like a referral link. If I right click that google ad and Copy Link Location (therefore capturing the referral link) could I put it in a forum signature and when people clicked it I would get click revenue?
It would certainly work. Equally certainly, it is a technique that sits in the gray area between click fraud and outright violation of the Google AdSense terms & conditions.
So – take the other advice here, and don’t do it. I can see what you’re going for, and it’s not real fraud, BUT it would be favoring a certain advertiser above any others.
AdSense works because advertisers pay to have their adverts displayed in a certain order. If you then go and copy the referral links into emails, then you are removing the core pillar that keeps the system fair for all advertisers.
In that respect, it’s violating the AdSense TOS.
Question : will Google spot it? You betcha. They make a living out of tracking what happens to links on the Internet; all they need to do is see that the referring page is an email, and not your site, and their automatic systems will flag your account.
What will happen next? Account closure, and as others have said, no real chance of doing business with Google again.
You have been warned. Play the game, and get some AdSense code from Google that you can put in your email signature instead.
It’s fairer for advertisers and content creators, and safer for you.
Best,
Guy

Can we really make good money by going for good adsense, google referrals and other ad’s on our site?
If your site is game-oriented or visited by people who like games you could try the affiliate program from Big Fish Games.
http://www.rewardfish.com
The Flash demonstration on their site can explain it better than I can. When someone buys a game after following your link on your site, you earn 25% of the purchase price. Plus the company remembers you referred that person and you get 25% of their future purchases, too.
I’m using it myself to make money online, so if you have any questions about getting started feel free to email me for help.
