how to refer anyone to adsense through me?
hi friends i would like to introduce new publishers to google adsense but i am not getting any refferrals tab. In the referral program i am only getting that products . But i dont want to refer any product i want to refer any new publisher to adsense through me . Will you please tell me how to get the code of referrall button to place that in my website. Some people are saying that if you refer any one as new publisher through your account when they got $100 you will also get the same amount here i am very interesting in that but i dont know how to get that code and how to place that in my website.
please explain me indetail.

Login to your adsense account. You should see a link that has
"Referrals". Click on the link and it will take you to a page where you can view google products on the right hand side you will see a link that has "View Products".
It will take you to another page…the first product is the google Ad revenue for web publishers. Now click on the link that has "View Available ads" you should now see all the links that are available.
