I have and idea for a website?
I have an idea for a website, primarily to be based on traffic ad revenue like google adsense and amazon purchase referrals. So, it will make its money essentially on advertising.
But, I am not a very capable site builder or internet marketer.
Also, I want to spend as absoluteltly little money as possible on this venture.
You need to find a partner who’s willing to put up all the up front money, and do all the programming or pay someone to do it, in exchange for your idea.
You’ll probably need to contribute more than just the idea if you want anyone to commit to it.

The world wide web offers many strategies for new webmasters who do not have much resources to start getting their feet wet with earning revenue online. For example, in this case, a simple, low cost solution would be to set a free blog account with Blogger. A new user with limited web authoring experience will find the blog interface easy to use and user friendly. On top of that, adding adsense blog and other form of affiliation can also be done easily.

This is a site builder that is pretty easy to use: http://sitebuilder.searchen.com – It’s not free, but it includes web site hosting so you could consider it free in a way.
This basically lets you pick out a template, click and build, drag and drop, and upload your web site.
