Google AdSense Beta For All, Instant Previews, Now Ads & PubCon
http://www.SERoundtable.com/ – This week at the Search Engine Roundtable, I covered the news that Google has released the year long beta for all AdSense publishers to test out. Google Instant Previews officially launched and I had some suggestions for Google Webmaster Tools in regards to that. Google changes the search ads label from “sponsored links” to “ads.” They also test eleven ads at the top. The Microsoft adCenter bug might mean you have been banned due to quality issues. Business.com’s directory is going offline. Yahoo is cutting jobs and Ask.com officially closed their search division, cutting 130 people. PubCon was this week and I shared our coverage and my favorite session. In Google Logos / Doodles this week we have Robert Louis Stevenson of the Treasure Island, the Veteran’s Day logos from Google, Bing and Ask and Google’s X-Ray logo. Apple iAds vs. AdSense, Google PageRank Update & Images In Sitemaps
http://www.SERoundtable.com/ – We are back to our video recaps, despite barely being able to talk. This week I covered that more people are seeing the Google Jazzy blue interface. Also, there was a Google PageRank update and we covered the main changes at Google over the past month. Google Sitemaps is now accepting images. Google graduated malware from Webmaster Tools Labs and made is faster and better. Google AdWords is unbanning some banned AdWords advertisers. Apple is set to compete against Google AdSense for Mobile Apps with Apple iAd. Google Maps dropped the 3D street views, was it a bug or a joke? Yelp is changing their reviews policies in light of all the lawsuits. Finally, Google didn’t show an Easter logo this year again, and people were upset. How do I get all my videos adsense approved?
I have only got one video approved by adsense. It has been about 1.5 months and all i got was $1.40. I want to get more by getting all others approved by adsense. I got the one video approved because youtube asked me if I wanted money off it.
You need to have a lot of views on the video before you can get it approved. I only have one approved video as well -I think they asked after I passed the 10,000 views milestone. Other vids have between 1,000-8,000 views and I haven’t heard anything from Google.

How do you get the google adsense gadget to show?
I added google adsense to my blog. It shows ads in the preview from the search engine. When you go into the site there are no ads. When I add it as a gadget, it doesn’t show the adsense icon for me to move around in the layout. I already copied and pasted the code. Is there something I’m doing wrong? How do I know if it is working?
I’m using blogspot.
Make sure the CMS you use can show ads where you want.

The only way to use Google Adsense with youtube is to become a youtube partner. Go to youtube.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on Adsense.

This can be a warning for all new partners and partners with smaller viewership.
Forgive my repetition I was just shocked and flustered. This whole situation is very frustrating, especially the fact that google adsense will not give you any details about your case, and everything is automated, and the only thing you can do is appeal, and less than 1% of everyone who appeals gets reinstated (although I have my doubts about that, Ive never heard of anyone being reinstated) , and once your appeal is denied which is a 99% chance they will no longer respond to future emails or appeals, not that they did before besides the automated your appeal has been denied email. It’s shocking that such a large company handles cases like this. Ebay and Paypal which are very large companies handles their cases appropriately, you can actually talk to a person and you are given details about your case/issue. It’s hard to fathom that is how google adsense deals with people.
So since I no longer can be partner on this channel, I am closing this account and starting from scratch on a new channel. A fresh start, with a hard lesson learned.
