Open Question: Why I am not getting any money with Google Adsense?
Hi,
I’ve been with google adsense for a while now and I was always gettinga round 100$ a month with few rather popular fansites (almost 1000 unique visits per day all of them)
but later instead of all those sites I’ve opened one that is getting now over 9000 unique visitors per day and it on 2nd page in google (celebrity fansite) and is realy really popular… however, I’m earning like 0,60 cents per day.
I get almost 17,000 page views and 90-130 click per day.
I guess that’s really low comparing to the page views. But how come then less popular sites (about less popular celebrities) were earning more than this one?
I’ve decided to turn down adsense on that page since it gave me more trouble that I’ve expected (I get a check once in 2 months or even more).
What should I do to increse my earnings? Choose the less popular sites or the more popular site and change something about it? (I had one 700×15 text link on the very top of the page, 468×60 banner and 468×15 text link above the news and below the navigation)
